Hit boxes and Enemies

I feel like after the dodge changes enemies need to be fixed to factor it. If they have it certainly does not feel like it. I don’t mind the dodge too much myself, it works quite well really. The problem I have is with me dodging and an enemy attack that shouldn’t connect still hitting me. I don’t mean that I think an attack should not land after a dodge, but an attack where the enemy literally does not connect but I take damage. I feel like all of them were made to assume the character can dodge out of the way. Not without the ability to do so, enemy attacks hit no matter what you do, or so it seems. I really have no idea how you are supposed to do a lot of bosses in light armor now, or without a shield.
