Even after more then 100 still not seen any Cache of the Silent Region or Steed of the Silent Legion… I start to think Funcom … us. What is the drop rate for those item. Can someone tell me ?
It’s all random hence the term commonly referred to as RNG.

I only see 2 dt with that set and only 1 selling on trader. I’m not talking about players who have it if CAN read what i write maybe you can understand… Read first before you write comment
I agree with Mcnavy, it seems quite common because i often see/know many characters using it. You are just unlucky.
