Horses only have 40% acc growth chance

Horses only ever get a 40% accuracy growth chance, unless modified with food.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Tame Horse
  2. Place Horse
  3. See 40% growth chance on accuracy
  4. Cry

Why do you want accuracy on horses? (They can’t use bows, they don’t have thumbs and good eyesight forward as humans!)
Does the mounts accuracy influence the character’s accuracy?

If I recall correctly, a horse’s accuracy helps reduce your arrow spread while moving on that horse.
