A hotfix update is coming your way Tuesday, April 22, 2025 12:00 PM.
This addresses some of the issues introduced in last month’s patch. This is a smaller update, but part of our continued focus this year on fixing bugs and improving stability. More is on the way in a future update!

I just hope that this time you can post the patchnotes with some reasonable advance notice , after all it’s nothing top secret and players would know in advance what to watch out for
But if they post what is getting fixed, then people will have expectations.
Expectations that… well… those who have been here awhile know… are probably unrealistic.
On a more generalized note …
Does this one understand correctly that all this patch will do is fix bugs introduced by the last bug fix patch?
The one that deliberately didn’t have a test server period?
I can understand why they don’t say what will be fixed until it is, but we found a game breaking bug after the last update on xbox and never even seen any mention of it in these forums (i reported@ community as to not let it be public) if it isnt fixed then i truly give in this time😅
(i say that alot but i always go back because ya know, im either stupid or willing the game to be fixed )
Thankyou for communicating the Hotfix AndyB, and also for posting it here on the forum. Question. Will the incoming hotfix include a fix for Fatalities? Please say yes, in their current state they are very disruptive to the flow of play.
I just hope this patch finally fixes the server list on consoles, as it has been 6 months to the day since I was last able to play conan on a server with other players because of this bug.
However the wording of this announcement doesn’t fill me hope that it has finally been fixed.
And this is the crux of the entire problem.
The shovel it out now, we’ll patch it later philosophy nearly guarantees the slipshot quality we all know and loathe.
While it is a disease in the industry as a whole, propped up by millions of wallets hemorrhaging money on unfinished dreck that was obviously not ready to leave the kitchen…
Funcom has long elevated it. Embraced it. Made that pasta machine their idol.
How unfortunate.
If servers still play like dog when more than 30 people are on at raid times then there is nothing to look forward to from a PvP perspective, literally no amount of new content or minor bug fixes will mean anything if the game is unplayable due to the constant lag.
When dedicated servers are able to correctly utilize multithreading this game will have a chance at sticking around but as it is right now it’s just not worth stomaching anymore.
How are you getting 30 on?
Ahh, PVP server so no vanity builds, gotcha.
On PVE I’d say 15 is when things start to sk i p around. But PVE has a lot of long term vanity builds.
One thing that would fix that is changing server hosts. Gportal is like the Dollar store of server hosts. You get what you pay for, and funcom certainly isn’t paying much for these.
It legit doesn’t matter ab server host, the server I play on mainly has best of the best machine but is still laggy af due to unoptimized game and dedicated server launcher not being able to handle more than 2 cores.
Something really really messed up happened between now and then because when I look back at old videos of the dogs of the desert wipes and tartar wipes there was 70 people online at raid time big massive fights everywhere and only minor lag here and there
