Hi I’m having CE on my PC and I came to know that I can customize the dressing of the character. I tried to find that but I didn’t see such customizations.

There is the illusion system at a Thaumaturgy Bench, after you learn sorcery.

Like I can customize characters freely outfit like the one I wore ? or there is limited options for customization.
No customize. mod may be required. you change your color. Or you can make its appearance similar to another set. but the set’s extra bonuses are +28 health. you can’t change it. You should wear the one that gives you the feature bonus you want.
Most armors can be dyed; piece by piece 
in the dyers bench, and that is the size of it.
none, for armors…but weapons can only be interchanged with the same type of weapon. Hammers only with hammers, swords only with swords, etc.
The mod Tot! Custom has a myriad of customization options pretty much only limited by your modlist and imagination.

for custom color you need dye bench to change armor color
Your question is a little vague to be honest. If you are attempting to change the clothing on your thralls then click on them and open inventory and drag armor you have crafted from your inventory to thier appropriate slots (head, chest, hand, legs, feet). As others have said you can further customize these armors in the dye bench and even use the illusion system to make high end armor look like lower end stuff that you just like the look of more so (even after you dye it).
