Why did I lose my Regular badge again, when I see people having it which werent logged in several years??
So there will probably never come an answer…
I also had the Regular badge, I think it is a badge that only last as long you keep a certain forum activity

That’s why I lost my regular status!
Since I don’t have the Isle of Siptah yet and a completely new category appeared, I don’t want to read it because I want to explore the new stuff myself.

But you only lose it, when you come again in the forum or how are there people being >1 year OFFLINE and still have the Regular badge?

I would assume that the badges are only updated once the person actually logs in again.
If you examine the requirements, you will notice that it actually takes more reading than spamming 
20 likes + 10 posts in 100 days is not something I would consider spam.
The requirement to have no more than 5 spam or offensive flags makes this impossible. People flag randomly in the forums lately just for the laughs and this post will probably get flagged as well.
There is a requirement for them to be confirmed by moderator though. So flagging on its own shouldn’t be a problem even if abused.
