How does Funcom let people use admin hacks which are big vulnerability?

I can not understand Funcom lets this happen. I woke up yesterday(in the morning not in the raid time) and saw tons of my loots was stolen by someone while my base was enclosed and my chests were locked.And it it the #1111 official server. Someone must not access to admin authority in a game like this. Why do I lose my at least 2 days work to someone who cheats? I really do not understand it, and it has been happened to me for the first time in a survival game.

this has been going on for years. it used to mostly affect high pop servers and would only occasionally happen on low pop. in the last two years i would say every single official server has at least one hacker on it and several undermesh bases. in some ways funcom makes money off this since as a pvp player i have multiple accounts to store loot and bv so its easy to pick back once the hackers get bored and leave, pretty much every pvp player i know does the exact same thing

yes but in past it was happening every 6 months, now its matter of 1-7 days, which means the game has become unplayable on official due to the frequency of hackers on all officials, even low pop.

And one hour ago, new hacker entered the same server(1111), while we were dualling with my friend. He/she killed and looted us, then I started to argue with that person. And he/she killed me and my thralls in my base :slight_smile: here is the link: https://youtu.be/mxbZy6wtdQg

So I open my ticket due to that person, but I really understand funcom makes the process harder. Hackers in this game play with people days of work, but funcom makes me feel they do not care. I lost my nearly all named thralls(included all armorers and blacksmiths), does funcom give me them back? If so when? In that main time, will that person tortute the players in that server?

Exactly. It was normally only beef between some of the more colorful types and you might see them on the server and as long as you stayed out of the way then you could avoid them.

Now it’s vacuuming the server, resetting anything that moves, etc.,..
