How long does it take for a support ticket regarding unreceived Cromcoins to be resolved? (Playstation)

​Hello,

​I recently purchased Cromcoins for €19.99 on PlayStation but did not receive them. I have already submitted a support ticket for this issue.

​I was hoping to buy the Bath Set from the bazar and am wondering about the expected waiting time.

​Could anyone share their experience on how long it usually takes for support to respond to or resolve an issue like this for a console purchase?

Just an update for anyone who might run into the same issue:

​The problem occurred on Friday afternoon.

Shortly afterwards, I wrote an email to Support.

Today, the following Tuesday , the issue has been resolved by Funcom. So, it took a total of 4 days.

​If we discount late Friday and the weekend, it effectively took one business day to resolve.
