I recently purchased Cromcoins for €19.99 on PlayStation but did not receive them. I have already submitted a support ticket for this issue.
I was hoping to buy the Bath Set from the bazar and am wondering about the expected waiting time.
Could anyone share their experience on how long it usually takes for support to respond to or resolve an issue like this for a console purchase?

Just an update for anyone who might run into the same issue:
The problem occurred on Friday afternoon.
Shortly afterwards, I wrote an email to Support.
Today, the following Tuesday , the issue has been resolved by Funcom. So, it took a total of 4 days.
If we discount late Friday and the weekend, it effectively took one business day to resolve.
