When I purchased Crom Coins through the Bazaar - I received a message that said “You’ve encountered an error” and after closing out of game and re-assigning my license through playstation, the crom coins still didn’t show up.
I Contacted Funcom Support multiple times with my Playstation Receipt and they told me to wait 24-48 hours.
It’s been 72 Hours and now the Item I wanted to purchase from the Bazaar is now gone because of the timed transactions and this purchase bug prevented me from getting an item i may not see for months/year
Can anyone from Funcom support assist please?
