I have multiple EPIC Games players on my PC server whom are extremely toxic and immature. I cannot ban them in my pippi mod because Players who join from EPIC launcher are not showing up in player list or pippi mod player list
I’m not aware of any in-game way to ban EPIC Games players via the Funcom default administration pane, but I can direct you to head to the Pippi discord and voice your concern in their suggestions channel and see if the minds in there can assist you!

ok so heres what you can do … give them a role call banned … teleport them into the room … make them unable to leave or do anything to get out of the room …
Or you can adjust their attribute to 0 no matter what their level is. Make it painful for them to play onto your server … chances are they will move on then to try to fight you 
you can even strongly tell player to mute them on their end and let them be in swallow in silence.
I know that g-portal provides a whitelist feature. Also all players Ip and their steam id gets locked in the logfiles. You should be able to block their steam ip in your server hosters menu.
