[The game won’t display the recipes for exceptional yamatai weapons even if i have a tier 3 thrall in the blacksmith’s bench and the same also goes for my armor]
Hi, The, and welcome to the forums.
Assuming you have the Yamatai DLC and the appropriate level is a given. Could you remove the thrall (just place him in the box below) and look for a recipe entitled ‘Yamatai War-Axe’?
In solo, I was able to see all Tier 3 weapons.

Do you use mods? If so, start or continue a solo game (backup first) and spawn a T3 blacksmith to look for the same indication. If the recipe is there, you may have a mod issue.
If no mods or if the recipe is missing, I cannot replicate so would not be able to offer further advice.

I am using mods. And the recipes were there after i take out all the mods, Does that means that i have to check all the mods then
One of the mods may be interfering with the base game, so, yes. My approach would be to install half of them to see if the problem surfaces. If so, split that in half. Rinse and repeat until you have localized it to one mod, then contact the modder and let them know of the problem.
Modders appreciate their clients feedback and if possible, will dig into it and issue a fix.

You have mods, then go and remove all, then load one by one (step for step) and test it, so you can find the mod they makes this issue.
