Weapons creatable despite lacking knowledge

Not sure if a bug or just implemented wrong:
Thralls can create Flawless versions of weapons, even if you do not know the recipe.
Either that is the bug, or:

Version 2 would be, that the bug is, that the recipes are darkened out, and when you hover over it, it says that you require the knowledge of XYZ to create it.

One of those is done faulty.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Aquire named thrall that can create flawless recipes like Acheronian weapons or Star Metal weapons.
  2. Put the thrall in a advanced workbench
  3. Put the materials in the advanced workbench
  4. Create the flawless weapon of your choice.
