I cant enter to official servers in ps4

When I try to enter, in the middle of the charging screen send me back to the menu but without any error message.
Someone can help me with this problem please?

The servers usually restart themselves about this time. Come back in 10 to 20 minutes and see if it is still reloading.

Hey, it still happening to me, today I reset the software system of my PS4 but it doesn´t solucionate the problem, someone knows what else can I do?

Can you log in single-player, let the game fully load then exit to main menu without closing the game and try connecting to the server.

In addition, does it happen to a specific offiicial or any?

I try It too but It doesn’t work, It happens in all the servers, private and officials, I can enter in single player and coop but no servers

Can it be your internet connection? I will tag @Hugo, I have very little experience with ps4 but maybe he has an idea what the issue might be.

I dont think so bc I can play other games without any problem

Same issue here, yet again, server 3041 wont let me in, nor anyone else , my singleplayer is fine but not the official server , do we now have to book an allotted time to be able to play?

It’s fills the load bar and stalls! But there are 9 player’s connected! Ping is good 66. I played there before. It needs a reset ? Age 1017.

I was on a private pve-c just before! It was smooth! Yesterday I was on a private pvp in America, good too! And there’s one PvP official that it’s working great too for me. Give me a sec and i will list those I enter without problems! Then you try…

Thank you but I dont think is a problem where I can enter to some servers, I think is a general problem because I try to enter to many servers and i cant enter to anyone bro

It must be on your side ! Just entered official 3078 PvP! It’s smooth but just with two players connected .
