I can't play. I can't even create a char

I can’t play online because the game freeze on loading screen when I try enter on a server.
Trying official servers
No Addons/Mods installed
Server isnt full

What is the full name and number of the server that you are trying to join? We will take a look and see if there is anything going on with the server.

Hi Mashmellow.

The server is Official Server #1976 PVE - g-portal.us
The other server PVE on my region usually is full.

We are aware of an issue that is preventing a large portion of players from joining official server #1976. Unfortunately, the only information that I am able to give you about the server at this time is that we are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. I am sorry that I do not have more information than that.

It’s the only option for me.

Other PVE server is almost time full
Other few are PVP and full too.

SA needs more servers…

Marshmellow, testing and speaking with other players, apparently this issue happens only on official servers.

So, there is something different on officiall servers which private servers haven’t. Maybe some configuration.
