Bug Description:
I’m not entitled to use battlepass consumables and illusory items. That wasn’t a problem before UE5 Upgrade.
Bug Reproduction:
Try placing consumables in shortcut bar. Put illusory items in thaumaturgy bench in appearence slot with any item in source stats slot and try combine.
I am not sure this is a bug, maybe intentional? These are not included in current offers, in fact they have not been available since December 6, 2022.

Ok, i sended request on this helpshift. Lets see if that will help. Those are items that you would get as a reward for completing Battlepass. When Battlepass was removed you could still use them before UE5 upgrade.
Yeah, I would have thought they should still be usable. I didn’t transfer any to UE5, so I can’t check. One possible bug that could be happening is the ‘offline’ bug. Some players have reported that sometimes their game goes into ‘offline’ mode (even when they are playing on a server, so are clearly online) and that can then mean that they are unable to use any of the items that rely on Funcom Live Services to prove ownership (twitch drops, bazaar items, battlepass items etc).
Alternatively, it may just be that because of their age, maybe it was just assumed none would transfer across, so maybe things wren’t set up in UE5 to support them anymore.
Either way, you have reported now and that’s probably the best way for you to find out. Hopefully it’s just a temporary thing.
