Bug Description:
I can’t apply the illusion i bought for 0 points at the bazar, it says i have no rights to use it.

Get something from the bazar.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for reporting your situation regarding the illusions from the bazaar.
Situations like this may be due to mods that are being used in the server.
In order for us to test this out, I would suggest for you to delete the following files:
ConanSandbox\Saved\ModRestartData.json
ConanSandbox\servermodlist.txt
ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt
Afterwards, manually unsubscribe from all your Conan modes following these steps:
1 - Enter your Steam page for Conan Exiles;
2 - Select ‘‘Workshop’’;
3 - Select “your files” and then select “Subscribed Items”;
4 - Choose Unsubscribe from all;
5 - Proceed to your folder ‘‘Steam/SteamApps/Workshop/content/440900’’ and make sure that it is empty. If its not empty, make sure you indeed unsubscribed to all the mods;
6 - Verify your files
Also, make sure to restart you computer after doing so.

I experience the same, but I never installed any mods.
I find strange that I cannot claim it on my other characters only on one. Somehow contrary to the purpose.
Oh yea, those “FREE” battle pass illusions are one-time claim only… you get a flimsy illusion item on whichever character you claim it and then that’s it basically… it’s intentional sadly 
How can it be then that users on official servers who never even downloaded a single mod cant use these items either?
For example server #1057

Oh forgot to mention it in my post above.
Any of the new premium items… bazaar / battlepass stuff… they require constant online sync with the Funcom servers. So at any point where your connection to the Funcom live services drops even for a tiny bit (even if you’re still connected to the game server like normal), you won’t be able to use any of the premium items even if you bought them legit.
That could be what you’re experiencing, if not and it’s a permanent thing that you can’t fix by restarting the game and your bazaar is functional (when Funcom live services are down the bazaar page usually doesn’t work well) then it might be a bug, however if it’s what I described above, then sadly it’s intentional
(Basically what I’m saying is that contrary to old DLC stuff, your entitlement to these items are stored online on their servers… and any time you try to equip / use anything… that’s where the permissions are being checked, not on your local computer)
I think it’s definitely a bug on funcoms end. Every person I talked with had a functioning connection to Bazaar and Battle-Pass.(for once) Some had access to the other owned items from the Bazaar while they still couldn’t use the illusion.
After days now, it still doesn’t work for any one I know of.
No wonder even single player experience lags now.
