I couldn't reupload my items

Bug Description:

I died and tried to pull my body with items with magic. It didn’t work at all and there was still time, I only lost my body much later! Is there a way to return the items?

Bug Reproduction:

I died, I went back to base, I pulled the body and it didn’t come, I tried again and it didn’t work.

If by that you mean whether Funcom can give them back, the answer is no.

We are unable to provide any refunds to persons or clans for loss of items, resources, in-game properties, and so on, regardless of the reason.

It didn’t work at all

There are reports of a bug where your body does indeed return when summoned, it’s simply invisible and just laying there on the summoning circle.
