I was going through the admin settings recently and found in the crafting tab, there was a resource reduction slider. I scrolled down to it and it jumped my cursor back to the top. Every time I try to scroll down to it I go back to the top.
It’s like it’s skipping the option. I just wanted to point this out.

This could be linked to the current bug we have where server settings won’t save as intended. We’ve already fixed this on PC and we’re working on a patch for the console versions 
Hopefully it’ll be fixed very soon.
Working on a patch? Isn’t the patch going through the certification?
There is a slight work around someone else posted on the forum.
If you want to change settings in game on console (PS4 i confirmed), change the setting you want, but don’t back out, instead, L2 to game play options, change your nudity setting, then back out. this forces a save of all settings. You can then go back and reset your nudity back if you want.
@sestus2009 i am tagging you, as i know you admin your own private and do not know if you have saw this work around yet.
