in settings you set nudity to full or partial and at game launch it resets to none
how do you fix!?
- Start game and immediately go into Settings and change the nudity setting to what you want.
- Go into Server as Admin and go to Settings and change setting there as well.
You should be fine thereafter and certainly should not have issues after that.
If you are the only Admin - if not then all the Admins need to have same settings as you. You will also have to check step 1 above if someone else also logs into game via your machine.
Never experienced this, neither in single player nor with a private server I ran nor with other people’s private servers.
What mode are you playing in? Is it possible that another admin on a server changes the setting without your knowledge?

I’ve experienced this as well, pretty regularly. My partner, who is the only other player on our server, does not experience this (we’re in the same region, same house, etc).
The only thing I can think of is that I occasionally do bug reporting for mods, which requires testing in single player with the mods isolated; typically in those cases I start a new single player game and don’t change the settings at all, which I think defaults to no-nudity. Then, next time I go back to my actual game, the setting persists.
Essentially, if you are starting a new game, you need to NOT choose one of the 3 default settings (Decadent, Barbarian, Civilized) and make a custom setting for your new game that includes the nudity settings you desire. Or, as Grymm noted, you can edit it after the fact (though you won’t be able to until after character creation).
