This has happened to me and they even gave me a Ban where I have evidence of actual receipts showing I made purchases even to go back up to a positive balance for their bug. So They either owe me the money or a lot of content for multiple purchases they don’t have the right to.
I had the same problem happen to me and I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund. Does anyone know where I can submit a ticket? I was trying to purchase the Stygian pyramid components when I got the failed purchase message and it took my Crom coins. I restarted my system several times but I still don’t have access to the building material.
Same thing happened to me. I had a little over 400 from coins and tried to buy something and it told me the purchase didn’t go through so I logged out and back in and now I’m negative 84 coins
not sure what is going on here.
This is what happened to me on getting the Chronicles of War Chapter 3 set and I tried multiple times and even bought extra coins after they said I was in the negative when I never was before.
So where is my refund or give me the dam set and the originals for the money you have taken from me and only lift the ban of playing single player.
Looks like I’m the lucky one here as I didn’t get the coins after purchasing them. Guess I’ll try and get a refund from Sony.
The easiest way to avoid all of these issues with the BLB is to never purchase crom coins in the first place.
Better option is to have them actually deliver the products faithfully. Hell even the digital content from Diablo 4 is more trustworthy than funcom at this point.
You won’t get any help with your purchase issues here, Funcom does not even seem to look at these forums anymore. You need to submit a ticket through the help center.
Expect that has never happened since the very first iteration of the BLB. They have always been incomplete sets, had had broken items and have been plagued with issues from day fvcking one. So to assume that anything other than a broken, incomplete bugged product is what is to be expected is, frankly, unrealistic at best, idiotic at worst. Hence, as stated above:
Well I also don’t play on live servers to deal with a lot of those issues as well. I play single player since it is more stable. My problem is that even after I made purchases, they even attempted to soft lock my out of the game saying I have to buy more to unlock access to my game too.

And to the topic , my sympathy for your crom coin issues, I was lucky enough to get this issue when Forum @Community and Zendesk was active. So admins here helped me very much so i got a fast response from Zendesk.

Obviously they failed at giving me the correct set. I never got my Age of War pack 3 and they refunded all the coins. Like seriously can’t you even do things correctly?
Guy in another thread said, that he was persistent enough and spammed reports to finally get what he wanted. So maybe this is the way for you as well…
You got my sympathy fellow exile, it’s all i can share. Unfortunately This Magnificent Idea of a game will never meet perfection in every single aspect. Too much sloppiness, too much!
I seem to have to get on it to spam them to death about my purchases cause of this is the way they deal with customers, it’s no wonder they are losing their servers and fanbase.
Email Sony explaining the digital purchase failure and request a refund. Can also call your bank.
Already contacted Sony and they didn’t do anything. So the card might be the next step Though they did refund my coins, the pack I was trying to buy is no longer on there.
How fast did you contact Sony? Was it within 7 days of the failed purchase?
