Ice not melting in Improved Preservation Box

I have 5 Stacks of Ice in my Preservation Boxes, just for safety, and just noticed that they are not melting anymore. I know, The decay was turned off, but I thought only for the food, not for the ice?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Put Stacks of ice in Improved preservation box
