Immediate blue screen on loading map on PS4

Basic Info:

Platform: PlayStation 4
Issue Type: Crash
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: 3760

Bug Description:

both my wife and i are unable to login due to immediate blue screen after walking into an area on the map around C11/C12 area. we have tried:

  1. restarting PS4
  2. setting conan to performance mode
  3. Deleting localy saved data

PS4’s are both fully up to date, no system updates pending.
we are not using external drive’s
we are only using PS4 hardware

Bug Reproduction:

  1. walk into the area around C11/C12
  2. a base was being bullt there but it only just started
  3. last i saw was some swirling clouds before i crashed, possibly from an encounter?
    result: Blue screen with error code CE-34878-0

Is there a way for an someone to move us to a different spot with our thralls?

You can make a Zendesk report to Funcom Zendesk. Com. Seems alot of people are having problems logging in. Good luck @Bleysamber

Funcom doesn’t work with people that way from what I understand
Perhaps after server reset.

How much free space do you have on your ps4 storage? I would get crashes like that in gta. I think the error number was the same. I don’t remember exactly. Maybe totally different number.

Anyways if I freed up disk space on the ps4’s internal drive the crash wouldn’t happen. Once space got a little more full again, the crash would reappear.

Now I don’t know if this is how the ps4 works but I took it to mean that there wasn’t enough space on the drive for memory swap space. Possibly due to memory leak or something. No idea if that’s how ps4 works but freeing up space on ps4 internal storage helped out the crashes in gta.
