Improved Carpenter’s Bench not producing bark.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Add wood to bench.
  2. Craft shaped wood.
  3. Make sad face when only shaped wood is produced with no bark.

Not a bug, this was intentionally changed in the early March patch. Bark is it’s own recipe now.

yep and biggest rip off ever. Same price as the shaped wood to make 1 bark. Woooohooo.

  • Removed the bark by-product from making planks from the Carpenters bench and moved it into the new Improved Carpenter’s bench as a specific recipe instead

I read this part carefully, thanks for using the full instructions for reporting :slight_smile:

You may not be aware that making shaped wood no longer has a byproduct of bark. It is a separate recipe called “Shaved bark”.

Recipe what is useless now, but well, that’s.
There is plenty bark in the nature, so i don’t care about. But the bark bi-product was fine, maybe bit overdone, but still fine. The new recipe could be removed for me, would free a place in a still clunked crafting-menu. :wink:
