Invincible NPC under Tents

Game mode: Privat Server
Problem: Bug

NPCs are still Invincible under the tents, most happen in black hands camps, kind anyoing if the archers rek you out, becuase they dont take any dmg (big groups of enemy make the gameplay suffer)

Repro steps:

  1. Attack NPCs under Tents
  2. Try to hit them hard with any kind of weapon
  3. dosnt work, they dont take dmg from melee / range
