Hi can i build here on official? I have just claimer it. Will i be bann?

In the keyhole? I don’t see an issue. However I have yet to see someone maintain a base that is solely just in the keyhole and within a month has sprawled out like a fungal growth. The main issue I see with Keyhole is the other tower next to it has a lorestone on it. If you block that at all, you are DOA.

There’s also a lorestone next to keyhole and absolutely many make the mistake of preventing players from accessing it.
@Mubelsjeden I will never say you can’t get a suspension/ban from building anywhere as it has been demonstrable that it does not matter where you build - within ToC or not.
By virtue of playing on Official Servers you take that risk. Do your best to play within the rules.

My base is there, so hopefully not. 
Like it has been said keep the lorestone on the left open. I keep everything open because I’m on PvE.

The Keyhole is legal, just don’t spread out too much or block any lore points, there are two near that tower.
If you are PVP it’s not a great spot, everyone knows it’s there.
It’s not a good location for the new purge either. Because of pathing issues.
But you can make it work by moving the coffer or re-working the entrance air-lock.

I have build numerous times there. I never had issues, yet it was before the new rules. If you play pve or pve-c, you’ll definitely have no issues as long as you respect the area and the poi. If you play pvp there are better spots and ruins than this. It’s a trap, i wouldn’t recommend it for pvp.

If not… the building area should not be possible…
In general, don’t block off passages and you’re almost always good to go… but beware the ban hammer from Funcom when you get reported, more often than not they proof not to look at the situation that well.
