Valerias Sword, and I think was around 75-200exp, I can’t remember the exact amount, I tried it with 5 Campaign Blacksmith Benches going.
regular star metal 2 h axes is at the 40ish xp,
I was able to test it today and it was 25exp per. So Star Metal 2H axe is probably more efficient. With the daily cap being 8000xp, you can craft 200 of those a day.
Looks like the first day you start doing challenges you can get 9000xp, and then 8000xp on the day after, plus the 7500 weekly challenge.
Not sure if that daily cap keeps going down or not.
