I’ve been checking several cages and I can’t find him. He is supposed to be in the cages out in the NPC camps now, right?
I actually got him from after a purge once, but he never showed up in my tavern, so I was hoping to get him this way.
you cant have him as a thrall.,

pay 1000 gold coinsto the tavern keeper, and he will show up in your tavern

Oh, thank you! I forgot that’s how it worked. I just thought once you saved him he stopped by from time to time.
