Issues with Co Op Connection PC

Hey,
I am looking for some help to be able to play Co Op with a friend. It is just the two of us and we have tried everything we can find. The error remains the same “Pending Connection Failure”. This error happens when either of us try to join the other’s co op game. Both of us have no problem connecting to Online Servers.

So far, we have:

  • Port Forwarding (both of us)
  • tried NOT using Battle eye
  • Invites through steam when in the game and when not in the game
  • closed all programs except Conan
  • Selected Admin in the server settings

Is there anything else we can try to fix this issue?

Thank you for the response. Yes, anti-virus and firewall were adjusted and even disabled for some of our attempts. And all of the things you listed as well. Including, trying to connect with no mods.

I am not sure why we are having so much trouble. Other co op games work just fine, so it might just be a problem with the Conan game itself.
