Making them aware that your loot disappeared is great, but how?
It might not even require fixing or will help them to determine the cause is the point of the logs.
I’m assuming you accidentally dumped your loot and don’t want to admit it lol
I’m all for calling them out when they drop the ball but I’m going to defend them here. They actually responded to you and you’re being rude and obstinate. When they file this in the “nonsense” pile I won’t blame them.
While I do really enjoy playing the game, I am not enjoying my experiences on the forums. I am going to take my rude,obstinate self and leave, good bye

Seriously they asked for a screen cap; which in this forum is as easy as copy and paste{I was here for years before I realized it really is that easy}.
All it took to get the info was clicking “submit”.
Then failed to follow through on a simple request.
What issues?

Well it certainly isn’t if you don’t.
When you click “submit” it will show you logs. It’s not going to be blank.
Click “submit”, prnt screen, click crt v. How could it be easier?
Then didn’t provide the information they needed. so basically you just wasted Mat’s time.
