Just lost my Yog Altar and everything inside while upgrading to Tier 3

Tried to upgrade my Yog Altar to the last tier and it disappeared with everything inside, including my Yog Archpriest, the structure didn’t collapse, it just vanished so I can’t even loot the content that was inside it.

Some people mentioned it could be because the altar didn’t have enough size to expand, so if that’s the case you guys need to implement a warning or make it impossible for the player to upgrade the altar if there’s not enough room for the upgraded version.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Upgrade the altar to Tier 3

I lost as well exactly Yog level 3 + archpriest + 2k farmed coins in it… I lost it after a failed patch of Funcom so yeah I highly doubt that it’s because of size or anything. It’s just their lack of professionalism and care… btw this happened on a pvp server to me before I wanted to use that altar in a future siege… a pleasure I will never forget lol.

You can call it Funcom raid XD all players lost something from bugs and already for 2 month we have no fixes…

There is a difference in the Altar disappearing after an update (which might be due to mods you are using or due to a collision foundation change) and the bug mentioned in the OP where the Altar disappeared while upgrading to T3.

We’ll take it back to the team and check up on this :slight_smile:

@Tascha I am not using any mods since I play on an official server and I had no walls around my altar…

So everyone who lost stuffs due failed patch (mother of all bugs), actually lost it cus of mods and walls… interesting :smiley:
