Hi, I got this game because it was recommended to me. I really like it but it is unplayable, I am experiencing a lot of lag even in single player. I noticed that for some reason turning on motion blur slightly helps. Graphics on performance didn’t make a difference. Is there a way to fix this lag? I want to go through possible solutions before I request a refund.

could it be due to your hardware?
I considered it but I don’t think so. I think it’s more of an optimisation issue. My PS4 can play similar games like Ark without issues and I recently repasted it. I saw similar topics with PS5 players that have the same issue.

Welcome to the Forum. My wife and I have played this game since the beginning first on ps4 and now ps5. We found on some pve-c Exiles server’s late last year it was awful these were US server’s
Since we have Siptah also we enjoying it not perfect but definitely playable. Are you on a 1Byite or older models could get hot playing this game. I would recommend playing pve until you learn the game unless playing with friends.
I got External SSD for my ps4, which helped TONS, Runs slightly better on ps5. My Brother has older ps4, and it runs like garbage compared to my new ps4. (noticed alot of games in comparison, like FO4, 76, CoD’s etc were unplayable for him)
But the games doesn’t have a ps5 version rework. So many of issues on ps4, are still there on ps5.
PC version… likes to close with no errors, or freeze and sit forever. So never get any error codes.

I have an older PS4 and I played all of these games with no issues, been replaying fallout4 lately. I tried any possible solution apart from external SSDs and I can’t seem to play Conan at a stable framerate, and when the FPS kinda regulates, the sound is delayed and some enemies are invisible. Although I was excited to try it I’ll go for a refund, can’t seem to play it.

Faça isso amigo, estou tendo os mesmos problemas que você, eu decidi jogar offline depois de várias tentativas de jogar online, me cansei de perder lacaios e equipamentos devido a bugs o último chegou a ser esdrúxulo, o jogo travou eu apareci morto em uma Dungeon, meu equipamento foi parar debaixo do lago congelado e isso tudo porque eu estava próximo a Atalaia de Lian, esse jogo já deve ter mais de cinco anos e ainda aparece versão Beta
Have you tried giving the ps4 a vacuuming? Maybe its got some dust buildup in the fans and internal heat fins.

I also came back after a few years and now play conan on the PS 5. No matter whether in graphics or in performance mode, the single player lags enormously. But that’s not all, because many opponents simply stand still and don’t react to anything.
So after all this time, i have to say that, despite more powerful consoles, absolutely nothing has changed! Singleplayer isn’t playable!
Does it run better on private servers?
