Heres one where your arguing for the same things many people have, like public map rooms, elevators up mountains and even bridges (what got me banned for, and that you love to smear in my face):

Not if they are functional. Funcom has said multiple buildings/bases are allowed, so it all depends on what they are there for, which is why I said that earlier.
Now, later on in this thread the OP updated some screen shots which indeed show violations of land claim, the foundations with torches scattered around. If that was there all along, it was bad pictures.
Ive already explained the reason behind this. PCs can handle server loads better then consoles. So why make a rule that would benefit some (console) while punishing others (PC)? Its a stupid idea for a rule
