Last patch broke archer thralls

I play on official 6158 pve, everyone with archer thralls agrees that the update broke them but there is maybe a setting we need to change in thrall options idk.

Archer thralls now back up to the range needed by enemy archers when they are attacking you. I have 2 archers on 2 foundation high spots and they just walk right off it now instead of firing like they should. They will fire when they get to the appropriate range. This did not happen before the recent patch on 3/30/21 (i think, this week at least). Before the patch the archers stood their ground and fired as they should.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Made a wall to keep undead shaleback boss out of my base at top right K9
  2. made 2 2 foundation high archer spots and placed named, geared archers
  3. Pull the shaleback boss close to the archers and they back away off the foundation platforms

Well, this looks bad. We need our unfenced towers to work!

I’ve been having issues with archers set to guard on a tower with no walkable path down ending up on the ground for months. I suspect it was 2.2 when they started messing with AI (and doing an atrocious job of it).

Usually for my archers, i set tactics as Stand and Defend, they don’t move and they attack anything in range give that a try if you haven’t yet.

All Archers Do this now. They Do shoot arrows but in the same time they backpedal quite fast.

I went to the Accursed Main Camp and noticed how thralls Fall down like flies from the different Plattforms they Are on.

The Do stop from backpedalling once they reach a fence of something, if there is Nothing to stop them then they just “Kamikaze” jump down.
