Latest patch made the game unplayable

Started up after the latest patch and I can barely play anymore, because the screen is super zoomed in and I can’t see the HUD or anything. All I can see is my shoulder and the central dot on the screen.

I already have the screen bounds set to the lowest they can be, which itself is still a bit too big, so it’s not like I can just fix it that way.
This patch literally rendered the game unplayable for me.

I’ve had the same thing happen as well…on the loading screen all i see is ON and the top part of XIL from the name of the game
