Did you even test this patch of PlayStation? I ask because all patchnotes state for performance enhancements and you tended the game completely unplayable. Lag spikes, rubberbanding, teleports, and invisible NPCS are 100x worse now than a week ago. I have to ask. What did you even do?
Yes they would test the patch, of course they would, they are a business. But their patch notes even prove this- “known issue” means they have tested the patch to discover an existing issue with the patch. Pretty straightforward really.
