Legendaries with effects (Poison, drunkenness) lose those effects

I Used the scorpion Queen poison on my “Drunkard blade” and “The festering one”, after the 10 stacks were depleted the effects drunkenness and poison were gone as well.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Apply scorpion queen poison on an effect weapon.
Hit something till you deplete the effect.

Tried to drop the weapons and pick em up, place them in a chest and destroy it, give them to a thrall, dying while wielding the weapon, relogging, leave them in a chest and go elsewhere. I’m waiting for the restart; i really hope it gets fixed then.

They didn’t get fixed after restart.
