On Island of Siptah, which locations I can find any class of legendary Crafter thralls ?

All the crafters except Armorers and blacksmiths, spawn very easy, in 8005 I took 4 named alchemists in 2 days, one cook and one carpenter. Blacksmith and armorer however playing 5 months in 8012 I find just one of each and only by summoning a tier 4 surge. Surge is the best way to gain named crafters and other recipes.

On the dark island, there are 3 camps 9n the shores of the west side. Has alot of crafter spawns, i have gotten everything 8 need from there. Plus good loot (steel erc) when you kill the npcs. But beware, do not take on more than 3, as the can stun lock and kill you pretty qu8ckly. Also, the pink komonos? are some of yhe highest xp for thrall levelling as you do it.

or pink lizards…but that sounds like an 80s night club.

There is an Accursed Camp just to the West of the Proving Grounds (Isle of Dawn) with a thrall cage and a few others hanging around.
This one has found Llor the Accursed (T4 Armourer, Shieldwright) there far more often than seems normal.
