Legendary weapons... unrepairable in the Age of War?

Question About Legendary Weapons

Tested the repairing wheel, nemedian helmet, and godbreaker boots, all the repair kits. You cannot repair legendary weapons. Karmic still works on Epic(purple border) and lower except Unique weapons (cyan border) .

Seems like nope.
