One of the players on my server has the same exact issue, using the same bed, which they always logout on top of:

Now when I did an admin teleport to their base (Ctrl+R-click on the map), I did notice that it spawned me at the ground level several layers beneath all the foundations comprising their base, so I’m not sure if that’s loading strain (~5K block, ~200 placeables) or something with that area.
The interesting thing is, I use the same exact bed for my character without issue, though I do notice that upon spawning in, I’m standing IN the bed rather than on it. Also, I’ll spawn in before the bed and other decor finishes rendering. (Note that these screenshots are only a few seconds apart without me moving or interacting. Fashionist doesn’t apply the look of the Lemurian armor until everything has finished rendering.)
The only real difference I can see is the time it takes us each to load in. When I first launch the game, the time it takes me to connect at my base (from clicking Join) is 39 seconds to see the world first appear like in the upper screenshot, and 1 minute even before everything is full rendered like in the lower one. Conversely, Tengy stated that it takes him a few minutes to login and be able to move at his base.
When I exit Conan, relaunch, and login at Tengy’s base, the initial load is 35 seconds, and everything is rendered at 47 seconds, though that might be because they were already present in the base and the server didn’t have to load it from disk. 
For another comparison, we both portaled to Sinkhole. The time it took for me was 7 seconds from the time I clicked the maproom to when I could move. For him it was 19 seconds to appear, and another 10 before they could move.
Beyond that, I did notice one oddity. Tengy had two different beds, both of which said “Bound: Tengy” at the same time. Here’s the other one:
For now, he’s removed the Luxurious Bed and will instead try logging out on the floor by the Double Bed to see if they notice any difference.
