Looking for feedback from the Company regarding use of the in-game report tool


PlayStation user here.

There was a somewhat recent addition to the in-game menus, The Request Help button.

I have been playing on an Official PVE Server since Age of Sorcery was released.

The game has been freezing rather frequently, and there are other network hitches.

After another crash yesterday, I decided to use the Request Help button.
I entered my email, and selected the Official Server Performance option.
I received an on screen prompt that an email would follow up the ticket submission.

I checked my email and I received the following message:

Greetings Exile,

We’ve received your official server performance issue report. We’ll take a look at what’s going on and pass the information on to our developers or our server host if needed. We’ll be in touch only if we have additional questions.

Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to report the issue.

Also remember that if you are experiencing any other issues, you can submit a new ticket. We’ll be happy to help you out!

I did not receive a follow up as of this morning

My question is this-

How frequently should I be submitting tickets of this type?
Should I submit a new ticket every time I experience a performance related issue?

I want to bring awareness to the issue I am experiencing , but I do not want to overburden the team reviewing submitted tickets.

@Community any guidance you could provide on this reporting tool would be appreciated.

We are here to assist you and all Exiles!

For server crashes especifically, we would suggest one report when the server crashes and another if the issue persists after 1 to 2 hours. Again, this is just a suggestion and if you judge more reports are needed, feel free to submit them.
