Happens to me a good bit of the time aswell after u die just go to ur death marker on the map try an pick up ur stuff if u can’t see ur body an no death marker u know about where u died take a pick axe an just hit around til u c blood an pick axe that spot u can get it all back helps me anyway hope it helps
