Lost Derketo palace due to server crash

Server is 1035 official server

I started upgrade my Derketo temple to Tier 3, i didn’t wait it finish, I moved on teleporting to Dagon’s eye obelisk, then the server crashed (its not the fist time server crash after i teleport to that place).

When i log back in a few minute later, the temple was just gone, the log says:
“Pleasure Palace of Derketo owned by Zara has lost stability”, all the item in it are also lost 2 min later.

It look lake this is bug report, how could I contact the support to have the building back ?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. start upgrade of a temple to Tier 3
  2. crash the server while it upgrade
  3. log back in and cry

I don’t believe the crash was the cause and I’m sorry but they won’t reimburse any loses. There is a known bug where shrines lose stability and disappear, it sucks sorry. Stay with the shrine while upgrading and you may avoid this in the future. If you search you will find threads such as the ones below.
