[Finished playing about 8 hours or so ago, logged back in just now to find all my stuff on me is gone and im at half life, looks like a death, but i logged off within my house. I saw this symtom mentioned in another thread, but i play on top of that, in offline mode. Is this a bugg?? is this by design, im thinking not, i play conan offline mode on the PC, never have i had this issue.]
And yes, whn i log off, i use the menu and i see “disconnecting from server message”.
what is happening, and will this be fixed, so that it mimics the PC environment, where this doesnt happen? thx guys
Check your base ownership. I’ve only had this happen once. Logged out. Closed the game. Next time I play I’m in the starting region with missing gear. Made it back to base and it had no owner. Shut the game down to start googleing help and next time I load in I’m in the highlands naked. I have no clue what caused it but since the game quit blue screen crashing I’ve had no problems like that.
You will probably find you are wearing a cold resistant armour in a hot place or vice versa… It’s a game mechanic that people think disappears when you log out but in actual fact your body is left in the world therefore you are still susceptible to things like temperature, i change into my rags every time i log and never have this problem. It’s all about working with what you got buddy
You are missing the point where he is playing single player. The body does not stay when you log out on single player. There is no server that keeps running to kill your character.
