Is this "Patch" for real?

First off I wanna start by saying while there are ALOT of fixes in this patch, none of them are more than mere inconveniences. With the exception of the crashes & resurrected corpse bug I genuinely don’t think any bug that has been fixed was of any major concern and this is a simple cheap way of trying to act like you are actually fixing things. Where are the fixes for 1k ping at raid times. Where are the fixes for the Inventory of the player and storages taking 5 hours to load after a respawn…
