Micro lags / spikes

Hello guys,

Could you please advise me where can be a problem?
Here in the video you can see around 4 micro lags / spikes. Is it related to PC performance or server performance?


I have my conan on SSD mentioned below:

My setup:

  • PSU: Corsair RMx Series RM750x (v.2018) - 750W;
  • MB: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX - AMD B450;
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 3,6 GHz (4,4 GHz boost) + Be quiet! Dark Rock PRO 4;
  • GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO, 8GB GDDR6;
  • RAM: Crucial Ballistix Black 16GB, DDR4 3600 MHz;
  • HDD: ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO, M.2 - 512GB + Seagate BarraCuda, 3,5" - 2TB;

Try singleplayer with no mods. Then compare the results.

I tried to run the game without mods in singleplayer and it seems that situation is better. It also happens but only once per time, the most of it occurs when I arrive to some big structure (like from distant desert to Unnamed City) but it is BARELY visible.
So I guess this has to be server-related (mods, buldings, etc.).
