Missing Chief at New Asagarth

Is the ‘chieftain’ at New Asagarth gone? There used to be a chief who always spawned in same spot; could be of 10 variety of t4. Now I haven’t seen em once. Even if the ‘giant horn daughter’ doesn’t spawn, still never a chief.

I have found a chieftan once since the patch. Not sure if it intentional or not but they are currently spawning at random.
