I updated the game today, to check out the new Chapter (Age of War), and when I logged in every single Clan pet and follower (except crafting thralls in benches) was missing. Completely gone from the game. No list of them in the Clan / Follower tab. Nothing.
I am Xbox, on a private online server. I didn’t stay logged in long enough to notice any other issues. Needless to say, I was dismayed – so I logged back out of the game. I had been planning to do some of the daily challenges to earn battle pass XP. But when I saw every thrall was gone, I just logged out instead. I hope this is a known issue that will get corrected.
