Modded Server - Full Wipes - Server Configurations Gone

Type of issue: [No Data, All Server Settings and Confgurations Along with Player Data Gone]
Server type: [PVE]
Region: [NA]

All of our data is gone, all configuration files wiped. All player data gone. Attempted to restore backups with no luck.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log into server
  2. Server asks you to restart a new character

FYI doing a full restore on your server will bring it back to life.
