Bug Description:
Mods are duplicating in the mod list in the launcher and some are not showing at all. Example of not showing, Barbarian Barber; duplicates are Severe Weather, the new Dude’s, mod control panel. Its causing a need for a restart due to modlist mismatch no matter what you do. As soon as you drag a duplicate out of the list, the launcher populates it back again in duplicate. Fixing the modlist.txt manually also doesnt help because the launcher just drops the missing mod again. Continue works fine tho. The missing mods also load into the client and server just fine once connected. The in game mod mismatch page is ordered correctly with all mods listed and no duplicates.

Steps to Reproduce:
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
I mirror the above error.
it happened after a had a computer reset while playing on a private server hoested by myself. THE PC reset and game would not start till i deleted and redownloaded the whole game.
once that was done the launcher keeps ready the wrong mods. it doesnt matter what i do tot he modlist.
After it reorders and you login, the continue button between game sessions will skip the problem, but if you want to change your mod order, you will have to go thru it again unless the exe directly skips the launcher and you manually reorder mods. Fortunately for me my modlist is short right now but for a long modlist it could be pretty annoying.
Can you get on the server at all? In my case, it has a mod mismatch, restarts with server mod order and then gets me in. If you just hit continue from the launcher at that point, it should retain the correct modlist.
I found a temporary fix. Sub all your current mods to a collection so you can resub quickly after. Unsub from all mods, load game, leave game, sub to only one mod, restart game, make sure that mod works(I used Improved Quality of Life so I knew at character creation it was working). After that you have successfully fooled the game into making a new mod list(Manually editing it doesn’t do jack squat), with only one mod. You should be able to resub to your collection and play as you were.
