MY BASE DISAPPEAR AND GOT ME KILLED BECAUSE HAD TO RELOG!

I was hunting some animals for food then i decide to come back home cus was getting heavy , my base disapear , ask global chat they told me to relog , i did this when i tried to join the game again was endless loading??

after 5 tries i finally got in and was inside house naked? because was pvp time , this right there made me stop playing i don’t wanna sound like im whinning but i had so many bad experiences with this game especially with bugs im sorry but funcom i wont buy any games from u anymore , i took the time to write this cus im mad about what happen to me

Apologies for the frustrating issue. We unfortunately cannot provide any refund of items or materials. This seems to be a very rare issue with the building optimizations we introduced a few months ago. It usually resolves itself after the server restarts.
